As part of SOCO’s branding and wayfinding program, SOCO is seeking artist submissions for artwork for our banner program. These banners will be installed on light poles throughout the Creative District. 

We are seeking 8 different designs from 8 different local artists. The chosen designs will be used in our Banner Program throughout SOCO for the next two years. Selected designs will be compensated.

Public Art Opportunity: South Columbia Creative District Street Light Banners Program of SOCO Creative District, administered by Historic Downtown Kennewick Partnership.

 The South Columbia Creative District is soliciting proposals to create public art banners to be placed along strategic streets surrounding the perimeter of the Creative Artists District. Eight Designs will be selected, with one banner reserved for a youth (K-12) design. The purpose of this project is to brand the SOCO Creative District with recognizable designs designating the creative district.
