Multi-vehicle crash at intersection of South Garfield Street and South Fruitland Street – NBC Right Now

A 19 year old suspect was arrested for allegedly hitting several parked cars before crashing.

KENNEWICK, Wash.

UPDATE: 9/26/22 6 a.m.

Around 7 p.m. Sunday night Kennewick Police responded to reports of a driver travelling at excessive speeds and passing cars.

Multi-vehicle crash at intersection of South Garfield Street and South Fruitland Street

According to the Kennewick Police Department, the driver hit several parked cars before crashing near S. Garfield and S. Fruitland.

The driver, a 19 year old from Kennewick, was arrested for suspicion of DUI, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, and minor in consumption.

KPD reports no major injuries in the accident.

According to the Kennewick Police Department, police and fire are on the scene of a multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of South Garfield Street and South Fruitland Street.
