Software System Update on 5/25/2022

The City will be implementing system software upgrades starting at 5pm on Tuesday, May 24. The upgrades are scheduled to be completed by end of day, Wednesday, May 25. During this upgrade, we will have limited customer services available at City Hall and on-line.

Services Unavailable During Upgrade

  • EnergGov Permitting – including Kennewick’s on-line Customer Self Service Portal
  • Receipting – all payments/receipting at City Hall. On-line & automated telephone utility payment options will still be available.
  • Code Enforcement Service Requests
  • On-line Inspection Requests – Inspection requests can be made utilizing the inspection phone line at (509)-585-4282. During this period, next-day inspections will be available for all phone line scheduled inspections.

We will gladly assist you by phone or in office with payment arrangements, utility billing questions, and opening or closing a utility account.  Make a utility payment online or to use our automated phone payment system, please call (509) 585-4266 and select menu option 1.
