PERMITTING & INSPECTION SYSTEM UPDATE

The City of Kennewick will be switching to a new and improved permitting system in the coming months.  This new platform will be a much easier system to navigate, will provide more information on the status of your application and streamlines the application process on the customer’s end.  

We had initially planned on a go live date to occur in August; this will not be possible due to elements out of off our control.  Our goal is to make a smooth transition from our current platform to the new platform. Postponing the launch of our new system is the only way to do so.

During this transition, we are committed to maintaining our typical review and inspection timelines. Thank you for your patience as we make the needed upgrades to our system.  The new system will greatly improve your online experience for submitting applications and scheduling inspections.
